Hi, 🙌 Many people I've spoken to have just heard about WordPress. Many think that this is the best choice for landing pages/websites without commerce functionality. Personally, I prefer Webflow, due to its integrated hosting and functionality. - What do you guys think?

Both WordPress and Webflow offer excellent solutions for creating landing pages and websites. However, it might be worth considering emerging platforms that could be real game-changers, such as Framer. Our team at @glorify_app recently transitioned from Webflow to Framer and we're thrilled with the results. Our CEO, @buildwithomar elaborated on this in a [video](insert link here), discussing how Framer's design-friendly environment and free-form canvas have made a significant difference for us. The optimal platform really depends on your specific needs and whether your team leans more towards design or development. Definitely Webflow. It's much easier, cleaner and faster to build for me and my team That being said, WordPress has the biggest collection of plug-ins I guess?

@kaveen Yeah, I totally agree. I've been using WordPress a while also, but all these plugins and themes can't be good due to security holes and speed?

Webflow! The only problem is the SEO. We struggle a lot with it. Any tips?

@iuliia_shnai Hey! What kind of struggles? Does it go on ranking on Google or the possibilites?

@michaelmuzillo Some css slow down the website speed according to Google. Not sure if son faced the same. Also our blog is not getting indexed properly, as we can not see full article names in Google? Any thoughts?)

@iuliia_shnai Could it be that the article names are too long for Google? That they just get minimized with dots "..." and CSS issues could be due to the design possibly on the website. But all webflow sites will experience some slow down in speed on Google with their hosting.
Webflow ftw!
@michaelmuzillo It's cleaner and easier to use.

Many people nowadays prefer webflow as it is a modern alternative to WordPress. But I prefer WordPress because it is SEO friendly and mobile-responsive.

@qudsia_ali True, but do you think Webflow will switch out WordPress in the future?

I'd also recommend Webflow.

@guhan_sundar1 I just love Webflow, especially with this new Membership system! Any particular reason you recommend it?

I've tried both. But I think there's better competition today. Check out Framer and Typedream. Both have 10x the potential.

@sarvam Hey, true. Been a Framer Sites beta tester for months now - but they are missing crucial tools and functions like Webflow have intergrated. Recently they released CMS but it is very simple compared to Webflow - but after time they will win over Webflow but as now Webflow is porbably the best for a full functionality website instead of a landing page.

Webflow is definitely my go-to choice! I've actually taken on several clients who decide to move their site off WordPress.
