Working solo + with Code Reviews vs Pair Programming, what’s your go to at work?

Curious to hear from the PH dev community where you stand on this, as there are obvious pros and cons with both styles. We try to keep it mixed up at Buzz, shifting more and more towards pairing. What are your opinions?
