Now we collect user comments in a telegram in one bot (essentially a website that opens in this messenger), where we display liked messages and keep statistics and ratings on them.

That would be fantastic, indeed! It takes a lot of time to manage reactions across many platforms. Keeping everything in one location would make things much easier.
