We know there are a lot of considerations when it comes to product development. Being the 1st in the market, faster than your competitors, can bring you a competitive advantage. Sometimes, it does take time to build a proper product. Which one would you choose, and why?

I would definitely prioritize time to market. In today's crowded market, ideas can quickly become outdated. Of course, a highly polished product is greatly appreciated and helps with retaining metrics. However, we could also consider delivering an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) version of the feature to test market demand. Ultimately, it's the market that determines the success of a product in terms of usage.

I would focus on creating a plan for building a highly polished product (that's what we focus on) and then consider the best ways to get it to market as soon as possible! So, it's always great to consider and think about both of them, but I think havging a highly polished product is more important! Users wouldn't find a problem switching to a better competitor! it also depends on whether there's already market for your idea or it's brand new, the first competitor will need to create a market.
