Would you recommend going for a premium account in X?

I am considering gong for the premium account. But my decision is quite half and half. Can I get some suggestions here of the pros and cons of getting the premium account please? Do you think it would be a good idea to go premium?

I tried out X Premium for the month of October, my takeaways: Pros: + If you need to cold DM users, non-premium users have cold DMs restricted + There's a special notification section for "Verified users" so your comments may never be seen by the original poster if they use it as a spam filter + The blue tick makes you "seem real" to other users, non-verified accounts have an air of non-accountability, hence less trust + Access to Tweetdeck, the multi-column twitter experience + Access to at-a-glance account analytics (views, engagement etc), the legacy analytics page seems to be pretty broken/unmaintained these days + Grok: I didn't have a chance to use it but it must be a Pro, right? Cons: + $8/month + There are some judgemental people but they probably won't engage with you unless provoked (needless to say, they probably don't use X professionally) + It's not an engagement magic bullet as it has been kind of sold. Apart from other users knowing that you're human you still have to put in the work and create good content to grow your acc. Disclaimer: I only have ~100 X followers on my X account so your experience might vary slightly especially wrt engagement etc.

@izakotim It's only $8 per month? Cool, then i think it's worth it for more engagement

I am still not sure, mainly due to constantly changing terms at X... nevermind, let's just do it :D

Depends on the activity. It works only if you wanna go full in on your account. If it's just for sending out irregular content there's no point.

im going to be putting this to the test actually starting this week

Are you talking about your personal account? Or your Product account? There's plenty of reasons to consider premium. But just having the blue check for your business should be enough to do it. There's also the fact that you can make longer tweets, which can be useful.

I am thinking of starting a new account and getting premium also, but mainly because so many on PH connect on X, and it has the ability to give you access to Grok.ai. I have a love/hate relationship with social media, so I have avoided for a while.

Depends on the amount of activity you'll be doing. If you want a high engagement with your followers and active at least for 6-7 hours, premium account in X is highly recommended.

It would be helpful, especially when trying to connect with some people ,who might give a higer "judgement score" based on the premium account. that's right, humans are so shallow sometimes.
