You're a manager. How will you keep your employees' skills relevant over the next 2-5 years?

The AI race makes me think more and more about how exactly the work of office workers will change. What are your thoughts? How do you (if you are a manager) plan to develop your employees?

First of all, it is not my responsibility to plan my employees' development. My responsibility is to support a part of the plans, which is synchronized with my business plan (and vision-mission, too). Second, the best way to be relevant as a company is to hunt for relevant tasks on my market. Which is pretty tricky, to be honest. But it is only one way to create possibilities for employees.

Discover what they're good at (truly). See if AI can improve their skills. If yes, get the right tools for them (invest in SaaS). If not, empower them to do that specific thing very well and substitute all of the other tasks with AI tools (if possible).
