    A tool where you can ask for feedback directly on your website or app works best for us. For example Hotjar allows you to collect feedback from a widget, but there are many other solutions out there :-)

    I've found that personalized emails with specific questions yield the most insightful feedback, as they demonstrate genuine interest in the customer's opinion. Additionally, integrating a simple feedback form within the product itself encourages spontaneous and honest responses.
