Zoom/Google meet burn out

I find so much time is wasted in unnecessary meetings, especially those set with no structure. And calls have increased so much during lockdown. If you could change some things about Zoom or Google meet regarding online calls, what would make them better and more productive so we can all get stuff done and get off the call?
