Digital art has done a pirouette

Over the weekend, a fresh art style emerged as the talk of the town on social media— and, no prizes for guessing that it's AI-generated.
It all kicked off when Reddit user user “MrUgleh" unveiled an entrancing image: a medieval town appearing as if carved from a single spiral. This marvel was conjured using Stable Diffusion combined with a neural network named ControlNet.
It set the online world abuzz, amassing millions of views, tens of thousands of likes, and spurring countless reposts. digital artists like beeple jumped on the bandwagon, crafting their own spiral-inspired wonders. Even YC Co-Founder Paul Graham couldn't resist giving it a nod.
Feeling the FOMO creeping in? Same. But thanks to makers, you won't be left behind. Meet FusionArt AI, a new platform that empowers you to create your own spiral masterpieces with a simple prompt, turning your words into captivating art pieces.
According to one of the makers, Sean P, FusionArt AI aims to transform the digital art scene the same way dance music was with synths, saying, “Just like Giorgio Moroder's realization of the synthesizer's potential for creating insane dance music, FusionArt AI opens up a realm of artistic expression that is truly one-of-a-kind.”
As with all AI art trends, the question remains: is it a passing fad, or will it become part of something bigger?
Grow your app with Setapp: revenue, users, & AI

You shipped the app. Now comes the part nobody warns you about.
Billing across dozens of countries. Licensing agreements. Tax compliance. Customer support for users you haven't met yet. And if your app does anything with AI, add provider management and infrastructure costs to the pile. None of that is why you started building — but all of it is now your problem.
Setapp is trying to take it off your plate.
You probably know Setapp as the subscription marketplace — one monthly price, hundreds of Mac apps. On May 21st, they turned toward developers. The pitch is simple: list your app, reach users who are already looking, and let Setapp handle the business layer.
