Hello Product Hunt community, Attio co-founder here. About 7 months ago, we took the leap and launched Attio on Product Hunt. The support we felt by this community was overwhelming. Building companies is really hard and it’s incredible to have somewhere to share and celebrate progress. Today we’re excited to share with you the next evolution of our product: Attio Automations. We’ve been testing it with customers for the last few months and we really think it’s a game changer for what’s possible in Attio and CRM. We've painstakingly-built a tool that is powerful enough to give you full control to build and automate amazing GTM systems inside of Attio, while also being intuitive enough to use right out of the box. We also know how important the ecosystem of other amazing tools is to our customers and so we took a little longer to build this feature with support for third-party integrations. We’re launching today with a few of the most requested, with plenty more to come very soon. Customers are already using Automations to do everything from spotting user upgrade potential for their PLG motions to automating customer success workflows, creating real-time weighted sales forecasts and more. CRMs have followed the same tired old format for a couple of decades now. Attio’s ongoing mission is to break that mold. @nicolassharp @viralpickaxe @alexander_christie @alexatattio I worked for a CRM platform in my previous role. Attio is great. Love what you're doing to revamp CRM industry. I recently tried using it and wanted to compare with folk.app. Essentially I was comparing both chrome extensions as that was the primary usecase. I would love to try automations and see if it makes sense for us.

Being one of the few beta testers of Attio, I'm thoroughly impressed every time I open the product. The level of robustness and the well-designed CRM never cease to amaze me. Moreover, I've noticed how the product has had new updates every week since the beginning of this year, which is truly remarkable.

This is sooooo good - we have been using Attio for some time now and are amazed by the rich new features being shipped! Automations will make our GTM so much more efficient. Would love for it to tell us also the monetary value of a specific contact in our CRM by connecting to our financial data. I am sure you have that on your roadmap!

Hello Product Hunters 👋, As the CTO of Attio, I'm so excited to be sharing this milestone with you all. 🗺️ The journey to this launch has been one of intense technical innovation and problem-solving. Building a next generation Automation product from the ground up presented us with a lot of technical and product challenges, especially as we sought to balance power with simplicity. 🔋 Our aim was not only to automate tasks but to transform what our customers believe a CRM can do at a fundamental level. To accomplish this, we had to combine our existing tech investments (such as our in-house Graph Relational database Particle) with new approaches to handle the challenges of reliability and scalability presented by the tool. 🔌 The integration with third-party tools presented another layer of complexity. We want to make sure that Attio can work with all of the tools our customers need and that meant designing Automations from day one with integration in mind. We are launching today with six of the most popular integrations but we’ll be expanding on that rapidly. I'm one of the cofounders of a relatively new B2B SaaS company (we make Registered Agent compliance software that automates secretary of state filings) where I run go to market and started using Attio after reading about it in a forum somewhere. The flexibility of the platform was already great, but I have been using this update since Alpha and it gave me the ability to do virtually anything I want. It's been awesome. Candidly, I'm a bit of luddite, and the usability of the product requires no training. Recently, I've been using it to create historical records/time stamps/etc based on events in our pipeline, as well as linking various pipelines together (lists in their parlance). Love it. I have virtually no CRM upkeep, which is crucial at this stage. It's future proofed Attio for us for the foreseeable future, which is one less thing I have to think about.

As an early user of Attio, we at Passionfroot have been amazed by Attio as a product. That was even before Automations came! This update literally has helped us save 12 hours per day and been a multiplier of what our team can do when it comes to running both our product and sales. It's a must-have for any small or scaling team. Also, it's quite impressive that they built an entire Zapier within their product (that looks much better too!)

Big fan of native automation capabilities in vertical SaaS tools. This implementation sets the the pace for others. Bravo 👏

An amazing product with an extremely intuitive UI. Makes it super simple to work on one of the most difficult aspects that teams struggle with! Kudos to the team at Attio for being able to incorporate the right amount of simplicity and usefulness!

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Jamie, a Senior Product Engineer here at Attio and lead for Automations! I'm so thrilled to be able to finally share the culmination of literally MONTHS of our lives. Automations began as a fun little technical demo, playing around with a visual builder and some multiplayer technology. I remember our first show and tell, where we got the entire team to jump on and see how many cursors it could handle. It’s insane to see how far it’s come, and its transformation into a foundational part of so many of our internal (and early testers) processes from engineering 👨‍💻 to finance 💸. We wanted to get Automations out to the world but rest assured we’re already working on even more incredibly powerful functionality that we both can’t wait to share, but also use ourselves! Congrats on the launch Attio team! Auto data sync between email and CRM is already a great feature, and AI-lead workflow automation sounds fantastic! Which pricing plan supports Attio Automations? I saw the pricing page but it was not clear to me.
