Congrats! Great idea! We once tried to build a bot using GPT4 for internal use in the company, but the answers were not very accurate. For the company, accurate results are very important. I'd like to know how Threado achieves accurate responses?

@alex_dulub Thanks a lot, Alex! Integrating the existing KBs is easy peasy! It's just a plug-and-play model. We have a training page where you can add data sources, including public URLs, PDFs, spreadsheets, Notion Docs, GDrive, and connect apps like Zendesk, Intercom, and Freshdesk. It takes just a few minutes to train the bot and get it up and running.

It's nice to have RAG + AI capabilities for front line teams - does the bot transfer to a human agent if they don't have the confidence to answer the questions? I like how you made the bot available in many interfaces like Slack and Team - I think Discord would be cool too! What would you differentiate you from other AI agents out there?
