Hey PH, most modern website builders are great design tools… if you’re a designer. Let’s forget about templates, drag-and-drop and inline-editing for a minute. Why can’t we get a page design based on the information we want to share? Landen tries to solve that problem You don’t have to design anything. You don’t have to code anything. You can get a unique* website design in less than a minute. I built Landen to replace designer and developer tasks. You tell Landen what you want, and it generates design variations based on that information, best-practices and current trends. * there are currently 25,344 possible design combinations.

I am unable to see the custom images I put in. Can you please help. Is there a size constraint on images? Could you please look into this Thanks

@felix_gurtler haha absolutely love it. I actually think you should run with “powered by 354 if statements”. It sends a nice message to all the fake AI marketing nonsense. Brilliant!!

Pros:

Easy to set up a landing page that looks like Stripe's in 5 minutes.

Cons:

None so far that couldn't be fixed. Updates are pushed really fast!

This looks wonderful! Any chance you could add some embedded video options? I'd love to use them for the zig-zag and/or grid sections, for example.

@mostlymarius The hero already supports video as you can see on my own landing page. I'll work to make video available anywhere images are. By that i mean inline video with no controls and no sound for animation. I'll also add youtube/vimeo embedding support 👍🏻

@felix_gurtler Amazing. The use case I'm thinking of is having a series of example videos from a course (YouTube hosted)...I have a client who wants a layout like the zig-zag or grid ones for a new course they're launching and it would be a neat test case I could use Landen for. I'll keep an eye out for updates and try to use it for this project if I can! ☺️

Is there a limit of how many custom domains and sites you will host for premium? Basically can you use this for business use and have multiple clients?

@naseem_raad hey Naseem, right now you have to pay for every site separately, but I'd be happy to work out something else for a situation like that. Just contact me through the "Contact" button on the site.

@rayishan good question. The best way to find out is by trying it yourself. Landen puts together the entire page for with a unified style, Launchaco still has you doing a lot of that work yourself. Landen sites also look better, allow for more variation, load faster and the editor is much easier to use.

Very nice product, guys! Look forward to using it. I find the pricing a bit confusing. If I can download the source code and host somewhere else, why do I need to pay $49/ year. From what I understand $49/ year is what people pay as a hosting service (and CMS, maybe).

@vlographer Agreed, it's not very clear. It's not a subscription and you can keep your downloaded files beyond that time of course. It simply includes updates from the editor, so you can re-export your site during that period with new features.

Had seen an earlier version of Landen that already looked promising and it got 10x better already. Can't wait to see the upcoming versions!

Pros:

One of the best UX for a landing page builder, great balance between power and simplicity

Cons:

Not the same as a 100% custom website (but that's not the purpose)

Awesome product! I went straight for the editor and was delighted by the ease-of-use and experience. Though, I wasn't able to upload a hero image and see what'd it look like on one of the templates. Hoping to come back and give it a full run through soon.

@gpsamson thanks Gabriel, you have to be logged-in to upload pictures. I'm working on a fix now to clear that up.

@strickland but you can! Upgrade to pro for $49 and you can export your site or just disable the branding.

@ayan404 it's like a site builder, each section have some predefine layout that you can customise, it support export the whole site but not FTP.

I really dig the design choices and that there is literally zero lag for the live preview!

Pros:

easy to use landing page builder, super responsive and fast!

Cons:

has the same limitations that any website builder has. If you need a fully custom solution, no automatic builder can do that for you

Looks awesome. The landing page industry needs a few smaller companies pushing the larger ones to innovate. This looks like it might do the trick! 👍
