@bowen_moody2 Honestly, I hadn't delved much into AI-driven sales coaching before, but your description makes it sound intriguing. How long does the initial setup typically take for a team?

@kashyaparjun_ The coach can score multiple different types of sales calls (e.g. cold call, discovery, demo, negotation etc). It has built-in call detection so it can automatically identify what type of call it is and apply the right scorecard.
I understand this product is focused on providing analysis of the sales calls, but how else does it compare to other conversation intelligence tools? So many of them on the market!

But before I give you the technical details, I want to clear up a common misconception: conversation intelligence tools don't coach—they merely facilitate the process for human managers. If managers don’t embrace them by listening to calls and providing feedback manually, their value for coaching effectively diminishes to zero.
The key limitation of traditional CI tools is that they only do keyword analysis. They do not understand the context of a call so a manager is still required to watch the calls for coaching.
On the other hand, Wonderway COACH uses the most advanced large language models (LLMs). It understands context and gives feedback just like a real coach so managers do not have to listen to the calls anymore.
@amy_janse_van_rensburg Gong is a great tool, and I’ve actually used it for many years. Nevertheless, like other CI tools, Gong lacks the ability to comprehend context, meaning that managers have to manually review calls to understand what’s going on. To be honest, we don’t really see Gong as a competitor. While its great for searching keywords in calls and revenue intelligence/forecasting, it doesn’t really provide coaching. Let me know if you’d like us to integrate with it to help you automate the coaching process and get more out of your existing recordings.

@stefanozorzi We have a native zoom integration and can integrate with the following tools via zapier: Hubspot, Salesloft, Aircall, Chorus, Dialpad, Cloudtalk, Close and Ringcentral.
There are quite a few tools for analyzing sales talks and AI-driven analytics (even Zoom recently introduced such a feature). I wonder if the advantage here lies in the UX of the scorecard?
@hikaru_nagashima - thanks for checking out the product :) there's a whole category of sales analytics tools called conversation intelligence (e.g. Gong, Chorus, ZoomIQ). However, the key difference is that they only allow managers to search for keywords in the call. They do not understand the context of a call so a manager is still required to watch the calls for coaching. The key difference with our product is that we are using LLMs to analyse the calls so it understands context and gives feedback just like a real coach so managers do not have to listen to the calls anymore.
I also saw that zoom released some AI features but this is just for call summarisation. It doesn't give any feedback in terms of how the sales rep performed.

Our systems utilise Microsoft Azure’s APIs and the Google Cloud Platform, employing encryption, access controls, and secure connections through SSL/TLS protocols. All data, including call transcripts, is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest. Your privacy is crucial to us, and rest assured, Microsoft Azure doesn't use your transcripts to improve their services.

@nazar_begen1 Completely untrained the coach is 80-90% accurate when it comes to identifying the key gaps that sales reps need to improve (what you get with the product as part of the free trial out of the box). Once its trained on the companies data it’s 90-100% accurate (what we offer to paying customers).
This is definitely the future! But also makes sales calls almost algorithmic, no? Won't the pendulum swing back to more eclectic sales calls, once users starts to get teflon skin against "recipe" sales calls?

Especially for the early stages of the sales process (especially cold calls, discovery, demos) most companies have a playbook for how they expect the calls to run. These are usually the stages that most of our customers are using Wonderway as they want to make sure that they are hitting on key points during these calls. As deals progress later in the funnel (e.g. negotations) then they are less likely to follow a consistent process.
That being said, its important to point out that our coach isn't looking for people to follow scripts word for word. Its usually just looking for key points in the call. For example in a discovery call it will often look for:
- Did the sales reps identify a key pain point for the customer?
- Did they explain how the product can solve that pain point?
- Did they book a next step?
This still leaves alot of flexibility for how the sales rep achieves these goals to suit their own style while still making sure that they are achieving the key objectives of the call.

Bowen - smart. When reviewing calls I usually end up just putting them on as I would a podcast and know 100% I am distracted and not actively listening OR I am actively listening but tough to get good insights and synthesize for advice. ANYTHING that solves this problem is worth a look.
@christopher_merrill 100% agree. Just even IF sales managers take the time (which is rare) they usually aren't taking it seriously. In most cases, our AI coach is way more accurate that a human as it never gets tired!
