Hey Product Hunt community! 🚀 My name's Andrii, I'm a professional procrastinator! Oh, em…, I meant a productivity enthusiast. 😅 But let's not dwell on that – I'm part of a fantastic trio of Ukrainians who've crafted a new productivity gem for you. Say hi 👋 to @volodymyr_dudchak and @clevashov! 📖 Our Journey: We've tried many tools and techniques to improve our productivity. Some helped, but many just brought more complexity and stress into our lives. We found ourselves juggling multiple tools, customizing settings, and battling with fancy features and designs, ironically becoming more productive at avoiding the essentials. 🌟 Introducing Arcush: That's why we created Arcush, a minimalistic daily planner app. It's a simple yet powerful tool that helps people manage their tasks, build a balanced schedule, and, ultimately, accomplish more things in a truly stress-free way. Oh, by the way, "аркуш" ([ˈarkʊʃ]) in Ukrainian means "a sheet of paper" and is often used as a metaphor for a clean state that gets filled with something. Arcush merges a to-do list with a calendar into a single tool with time blocking at its core – which I think is the most impactful productivity technique. You can quickly create tasks, specify start times and durations, and see them alongside calendar events on a unified daily timeline. Track your day's progress and get the satisfaction of ticking off tasks as you complete them. 📅✅ Arcush also has an inbox where you can add all your ideas or tasks when you're not in the mood to schedule them right away. We get it; sometimes, tasks tend to linger indefinitely. We've got you covered with our take on Inbox Zero – Arcush intelligently archives unscheduled tasks, freeing your mind to focus on what truly matters. 🗄️✨ 🔑 Key Features: Arcush has all the features you need to plan your days smarter and accomplish more things without much hassle. Here are the major ones: - Timeline: Visualize your day on a neat daily timeline. - Inbox: Put ideas in your Inbox and tackle them at your own pace. - Calendar Sync: Achieve a holistic view of your schedule by syncing your calendars. - Protected Time: Safeguard specific time slots in calendars from distractions. - Calendar View: Easily plan your schedule with a quick switch to a calendar view. - Task Colors: Structure your day better with color-coded tasks. - Widgets: Keep your schedule at your fingertips, and quickly add and complete tasks on Home or Lock screens. Some of our features are locked behind a subscription. If you want to try it but can't afford it, message me, and we'll figure something out. Let us know what you think of our app, and share healthy productivity techniques you use daily. Looking forward to your feedback! Cheers, Andrii 👋

Arcush seems like the go-to app when tasks pile up, and stress and overwhelm kick in. Congrats on the launch! 👏

I was drawn in by the logo, which really resonated with me. Was it specially designed? Speaking of the product, I really like its concept. Many tasks seem important to us but might not be. Arcush automatically archives those less important tasks. Plus, it's free of unnecessary features, simple and focused! Also, when will there be support for an Android version? I'm guessing the current Apple version was built with SwiftUI?
Volodymyr Dudchak
@bonvisions Hi Bon, unfortunately we do not have plans for Android version at the moment, since we have only one engineer (me :) ) who is mostly Apple dev. iOS version is a mix of SwiftUI and UIKit. I would say it is mostly SwiftUI except calendar view and some other small components that was hard to implement in SwiftUI. Great job, Team Arcush! I really appreciate the color scheme you've chosen.
Andrii Karabak
@adil_abid1, thank you for your feedback! You can also try different primary colors for the app interface (needs a subscription, though). I love the yellow one the most.

Your landing page is visually stunning! However, I couldn't discern the unique features that set it apart from existing tools, so I refrained from downloading. I hope this feedback proves helpful. Best of luck!
Kyrylo Levashov
Big thanks, @lena_pol! 🙌 When it comes to unique features, for example, there is an auto-archive feature for your Inbox ideas. But our main focus is on the unique combination of well-known and common productivity techniques, and its UX implementation. That makes Arcush not only a powerful Daily Planner but elegantly simple at the same time.

Congrats on the launch! Curious to know what makes Arcush stand out to other productivity apps out there?
Andrii Karabak
@janie_baek, thank you for your support! Two big things make Arcush unique and stand out. It’s a simple, minimalistic design that makes planning easier. It’s not just visual design (which is stunning, btw 😍) but also user experience when working with the app daily. And it’s a unique combination of features that helps to get more productive. I personally like switching to Calendar view when planning my day and back to Timeline when I follow my schedule and progress through the day. I also love blocking off time for tasks in my work calendar to eliminate unwelcome meetings and protect deep focus time. Give it a try, and tell us what you like most and what we can do better!

Congratulations on this launch! I have also launched my new product on Product Hunt, please provide your feedback
