Hey Product Hunters! My name's Zach. I'm the co-founder of Torii Homes, a proptech startup on a mission to reinvent the real estate industry from first principles. We’ve spent five years building a profitable web2 product, I’m so proud of what our team has achieved so far. However during this time we’ve also come to appreciate how deeply broken and inefficient the real estate industry is, at a fundamental level. BHR is a platform that allows you to claim a verified NFT of a property you own, giving you access to a permanent, transferrable historical record of your home. New and rich data (ownership history, maintenance and renovation records, solar potential, etc.) is added to every property on BHR by integrating organizations across the real estate ecosystem, so you continue to learn more about your home over time. We believe that if you own your home, you should own its data too. There's an immense wealth of data related to your home that you must pay for and much of this data is completely inaccessible to homeowners. The real estate industry has always been highly fragmented and notoriously protectionist, often at homeowners’ expense. This needs to change and that’s why we’re building BHR. Homeowners on BHR will have total control over what data, if any, they want to share. If you want 100% of your data to be private, you can do that. Alternatively, you can choose to share and monetize your data with integrating organizations as well. Your BHR account and information is more secure than most banks. We've built a verification process to prove that you own your home, as well as crypto wallet and email verification - all of which are required in order to access your home’s records. Imagine a world where all of your home documents (deed, permits, building plans, title, mortgage info, etc) are easily accessible and useful. A world where all of the fixes and improvements that you invested in your home are accurately documented. A world where a solar company discounts your rooftop solar panel install or your lender refinances your mortgage automatically if rates drop. A world where appraisals happen instantaneously. A world where you can sell your home with the click of a button: you get offers with no contingencies because potential buyers can see everything about your home. Went to go mint the NFT and MetaMask is telling me the gas fees can’t be calculated and they are nearly 1.5ETH is that normal? Or is the network just jammed
