ChartMogul CRM helps sales teams at B2B SaaS companies convert more leads and trials into paying subscribers. ChartMogul now lets you analyze your entire funnel by bringing together all your lead, trial, opportunity, and subscription data in a single platform.
We had the honor to test the new ChartMogul CRM for a few weeks! It is an absolute Game Changer.
What I realized only after implementing it:
- Implementation is so easy: All important numbers are already in ChartMogul - any other tool would need so much adaption time.
- It makes the work of sales & success teams visible, highlighting multiple KPIs (i.e. not only revenue but also retention rates, trial to paid conversion, etc.) and highlighting customer cohorts (i.e. KPI differences between customers we engaged with vs. those we didn't engage with)
- And most importantly, our team loves the simplicity and the power behind it.
Thank you for such a great product!
That's awesome! Having a CRM platform next to the existing the Analytics platform with deep integration makes a ton of sense. Eager to try it out! Congrats on the launch @nick_franklin and Chartmogul team!
Today, ChartMogul is launching a CRM that is tailor-made for B2B SaaS companies! 🥳🚀
So why is an analytics company releasing a CRM? 🤔
Well, our team has been building subscription analytics for the past 8+ years and we’ve come to realize a few things…
Firstly, we noticed our users were doing more and more CRM-like activities in their ChartMogul accounts, e.g. looking up customers, adding notes to customer records, saving custom customer lists, etc.
Secondly, we knew that we can provide more prescriptive insights by combining data from the pre-purchase lead journey, with the subscription history that is already being analyzed in ChartMogul. Since most CRMs don’t really handle subscription data at all, it can be difficult to get the full picture of how much revenue you’re really generating from sales activity without having to gather data from a bunch of different places.
And lastly, we thought it would be a lot of fun to build another flagship product aimed at helping the same folks we’ve been building Subscription Analytics for, B2B SaaS companies! ❤️
In this initial release we’ve already included many of the CRM features you’re probably used to – you can send and receive emails, log calls, add notes, etc. You can track leads, create opportunities, and then work those deals through customizable sales pipelines.
We've also included some really cool new reports to help sales managers and leadership understand what’s happening in the sales pipeline as well as the self-surface side of the business.
Our own sales team has been running on ChartMogul CRM internally for the past couple of months and we’ve been having a lot of fun doing everything in one place – CRM & Subscription Analytics.
We’re releasing ChartMogul CRM with a generous free tier! Every account (whether you’re on a free or paid plan) can assign three free CRM seats starting today.
We’d love to hear what you think of our new product. All feedback is welcome! 🙂🙏
@nick_franklin I've been dreaming about a crm like this for the last 10 years. I'm so excited this exists and love that ChartMogul was the company to figure it out. Now I know that in addition to it being super useful, it will also be beautiful and reliable. Can't wait to use it!

@michael_bogner1 🙏❤️ Thanks for all your help testing and providing feedback over the past weeks Michael!
Thanks for being an early adopter!! We're just getting started 🙂
I'm following Chartmogul almost from inception and I've always been impressed by how Nick and the rest of the team developped the analytics product. They really focus on the product and on delivering real value for their users (one mile deep instead of one mile wide).
Now that the analytics product is a reference in their category, I'm super excited to see their next step and how they will develop the CRM component. If they follow the same recipe, the CRM will be an amazing product.
Looks amazing 😍 I know that you have just launched it, but do you have any build in plugins to transfer the data from old CRM or connectors like Google Analytics and Google Ads?
@komarekhk We don't have migration assistants just yet. But we do have a tonne of integrations available as this CRM product is an extension of our existing platform https://chartmogul.com/integrati...
Help center guide for CRM onboarding is here: https://help.chartmogul.com/hc/e...
For now you need to be using ChartMogul for Subscription Analytics to use ChartMogul CRM. But in the future we intend to make it standalone.

@nick_franklin I see. Thank you. Is it possible to sign up for the standalone CRM waitlist? :)
@komarekhk we don't really have that. But we do have a free plan of Subscription Analytics so you can just start using it today I guess without the analytics if you want.
Congratulations on the launch! Since you mentioned that your sales team has been using ChartMogul CRM, do mind sharing a few improvements you've noticed?
@isha_varma07 deal creation is much faster, the look & feel is worlds nicer but the best part is running forecast calls in the same place I analyze MRR movements and set targets
