Why we built this?
We needed it. Running Conduit, we had two problems: running our own support with a lean team and engineering a sales funnel that actually converts. Building for customers helped, but using it ourselves exposed the real edges. That forced a rebuild, so agents are easier to design, deploy, and improve.
Today, our setup automates nearly 80% of inbound support, and the same system powers outbound sales sequences that now convert materially better.
What’s actually new vs. alternatives?
We're an AI native help desk, not a headless plugin. We’ve built inbox that human agents use every day. Our inbox was carefully designed to help teams increase automation over time.
Our users operate alongside AI, then automate themselves. At Conduit we believe that automation is a continuous journey, and that requires teaching and managing your AI teammates. Our agent hub helps teams add SOPs, review suggestions, manage their knowledge base, and build complex workflows.
Omnichannel conversations are fully threaded. We operate on a contact-based model (vs ticket-based). Context across calls, SMS, email, web chat, maintained in one coherent thread for humans and AI agents.
Run reactive and proactive automation. Customer service teams can go beyond customer and trigger event-driven workflows from native app events and common integrations.
Workflows as tools. AI agents can use Zapier/n8n-style workflow automations to take action and achieve outcomes, for example: assign maintenance, text the vendor, confirm back to the resident, and close the loop.

@finley_carter Thank you Finley! The rebuild was a pretty pivotal moment how we shaped the product. We went from an unorganized system where we always told people "its like training an employee" but in practice it was nothing like training an employee. Everything was scattered in different pages and very hard to understand -
We kicked off re-thinking what the agents paradigm even means. We pieced together the perfect solution with our Agent Hub which is a combination of all things relating to your agents; teaching, testing, tools, and the agents working hours. This is the rebuild that really raised our internal and customer's automation rates once we nailed it.

I’ve been using Conduit for a few weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. It’s rare to find a product that feels so good right out of the gate! The founders are also AWESOME!
What stands out:
Conduit handles complex conversation flows with real finesse.
The unified inbox is a game changer. The agent has minimal context loss.
The voice AI is surprisingly natural. It’s not perfect yet, but it’s already doing lead qualification and handling basic support calls with minimal human oversight.
I love that Conduit syncs with external knowledge sources and keeps everything in sync.
On the engineering side, Conduit is built to scale. Policies, custom tools, and stress testing are all built in. They seem to take robustness seriously.
