@ihuzaifashoukat Thanks Huzaifa! We believe Elastyc help small businesses in a number of ways. First affordability - we offer a pay-as-you-go pricing model, meaning no annual or monthly contracts and unlimited seats. You only pay for what you need. Most other AI recruiting solution are focused on large companies and beyond the price range for most small businesses. Second, we will soon provide the our customers the ability to promote their jobs on 12 free job boards, which means they can find job applicants without having to pay for an ATS (Applicant Tracking System), most of which are very costly. Doing this with Elastyc will be free of charge.
