I have been in payments for 25 years and work with a lot of merchants that are tired of the expense, hold times of their payments and friendly fraud. We started offering this product to all of our merchants as an APM (alternative payment method) and they love having access to their funds faster, the posting the transaction back to their website in real time, and their customers enjoy the simplicity of using My User's Zelle product. We can't wait for Fed Now to launch in July!
