@kazisaur Interesting! I like the first and third key features in particular as they potentially allow to gather a lot of feedback without reading every single review. However, I am not sure about the automatic replies: I am putting myself in the customer's shoes, who might realize the reply is a general AI-written answer that gives no added value. Please, take it as constructive advice. Something better might be that the AI model is finetuned on the company data and custom instructions so that the replies can be much deeper in meaning and maybe point at some specific page of the company website to clarify (at least for some of the queries) the situation/problem. Anyway, congrats!
