We moved from Canny to Featurebase a few days ago, and let me tell you, it's been one of our best decisions this year.
We're getting so much more feedback from our users, our customers actually see our updates thanks to their popup changelog widget, and we're quickly building a community of people who love our product and want to see it improve.
+ it's an absolutely stunning tool.

Absolutely fantastic alternative to pricey and bloated competitors in the market. Support is absolutely on point, and everything I have requested to be fixed was fixed very quickly.
On top of that, their Linear integration is great, which is the PM tool we moved over to.
Great team working on this, hungry to make it work and drive the business forward. All the pieces are in place to make them stand-out players in the space.

I'm supper happy with Featurebase. We integrated it in our dashboards and it's super helpful to collect user feedback and letting our users know what features are coming up next. What mattered to me was that the tool didn't appear "technical" to end-users. Featurebase nails this with its sleek UI, which is also highly customizable.
It was an instant subscribe even before the trial ends" moment for me — exactly the tool we've been searching for.
Amazing product. We adopted it a few weeks ago and our users are loving and the the tight integration with linear for automatic status updates is a lifesaver.
We moved over from Canny due to price and haven't looked back. Our team agrees that it's *much* better than Canny. My one request: let others upvote within Slack. Canny had this feature and it was super nifty!
