Hello Product Hunt! 👋 We're excited that Inc. is finally out of stealth mode and becoming available for more teams around the world for free. The story is as simple as Inc.'s approach. A year ago, we came up with the idea of pumping up our team's culture of collaboration and engagement. After some research, we created a blazingly fast yet insightful tool with gamified mechanics, without boring forms/polls, and requiring no more than 2-3 mins monthly from each team member. We initially built Inc. for our team, but within just a month, other teams from different companies (rumors spread quickly 😃) began approaching us to connect to the platform, and this gave us a chance to validate Inc. across many organization types and sizes, team configurations, and more. As of today, the initially small tool has turned into an AI-first platform with scientifically backed techniques and validated mechanics, used by teams from both large-scale enterprises and small startups. It's still simple to use, still takes 2-3 mins, and brings even more fun with each update :) The coolest part is that while this is a fun activity, it generates numerous insights for us to (1) emphasize our success factors, team and individual strengths, the diversity of skills within the team, (2) stay motivated, and (3) ultimately propel us forward. Speaking broadly, there are infinite benefits of Inc. as well as ways of where the results can be also used (even as a support for promotion or in paying higher bonuses at the end of quarter/year). As of today, I'm proud to say that it works perfectly for any team in any industry and sector, and we receive tons of amazing feedback. And I believe that this is the only platform that actually takes almost no time but delivers a phenomenal effect. So, welcome onboard at https://inc.ooo. Feel free to share your thoughts, feature requests, questions, previous experience, and everything you have in mind :) 💡 Here are some best practices: 1. Monthly/Bi-Weekly Coin Sharing Among Teammates: Every period, each teammate receives 10 coins and shares these coins with other teammates to reward their latest contributions to teamwork (from help in development and support in marketing to assistance with clients). Along with the coins, team members have the option to send a brief message (10-20 words), explaining why they're giving the coins. This message is optional and can be in any style - some of us send humorous messages, while others send kudos for certain achievements, highlight skills, or simply express gratitude for any support. 2. Regular Celebration and Insights: At the end of the month, our team comes together to celebrate collective achievements, gain insights into team dynamics and performance, and recognize and honor our top 3 contributors based on the distributed coins. Hey team, congrats on the launch! I love the idea of using gamification to encourage both personal and team growth. One suggestion I have is adding a feature for individual teams to personalize their recognition experience with meaningful milestones or rewards. Keep shining @svbogdanov @igor_ayko
