For the past month or so I've been working on Milepost! I hope to improve the observability into what exactly is deployed to production or other environments for developers and also for the rest of the product team. Generating metrics around how long PRs take to go from being opened into production as well as how long it takes from being merged into production also seems like it might be of value to teams. Hope to hear what everyone thinks!

@vdelitz It's something I wish I had as a developer and operations engineer -- wanting to quickly understand what code is in production during an incident without having to dig through deploy logs and git history, wanting to share deployment status with developers who may not be used to checking in on CI, and finally understanding what kind of impact on idea execution we were having by changing team processes as well as tweaking build and deploy code.

I think the scope of this app is a bit narrow, I'm a firmware developer and I think firmware and mobile may not feel it's needed.
