We use Rootly at Unbox to raise and manage incidents company-wide. Love the focus on Slack, feels very low-cost to adopt and integrates beautifully. Added benefit is it lets us tick off a box for our SOC-2 compliance.
Rootly is doing some incredible work. SREs are critical to running any company and have long been underserved given the perception of it being not as “sexy” as consumer products by designers and developers. Rootly brings the power back and streamlines critical areas of operations. Already an amazing product, can’t wait to see where it goes from here!
There is no devops without Rootly. Congrats on the launch!
The Rootly crew have productized an approach that was battle-tested at Instacart. (I was there and saw it in action!). So pumped that they have made it 10x better and allowed everyone to benefit ❤️
