@hamza_afzal_butt I agreed with you
Bon
Congratulations on the launch! I don't quite understand why you need to analyze your team's web browser activity? If I were an employee, I would feel like there is always an eye watching me🤣
Denis Leonov
@bonvisions Thank you for your congratulations and for sharing your thoughts! Indeed, TrackerJam is designed to be particularly useful for teams where web-based activities are a major part of the workflow, such as data reviewers or content freelancers. Our tool is designed to help both teams and managers better understand how web time is being used in order to increase productivity and streamline web routines. However, it's important to us that TrackerJam does not come across as a surveillance tool that indiscriminately monitors all activity. That is why we value user feedback to ensure that everyone on the team feels that their privacy is respected and protected. We're committed to transparency and user control, so employees can view domain time metrics and manage tracking settings themselves. They can pause and resume tracking at any time to ensure they are comfortable with what is being monitored. Thank you again for your input - it is important for us to hear how we can improve and ensure that our tool feels like a helpful part of your professional environment, not a watchful eye.

@bonvisions 100% agree with you. I feel that in a remote setup, it's crucial for employers to trust their team and not be control freaks. Many people do work from their personal laptops. It's understandable that they might occasionally use websites not related to work. I would leave any workplace that wanted to monitor me like this.

Congratulations 🎉 Denis and Hamza on the launch. you just revolutionize the way by which we can espionage 😆 on the team members.
Denis Leonov
@soumikmahato Hihi thanks. But I would call it spying, as it is impossible to continue without trackable user explicit consent, who can see settings and level of details.
Shushant Lakhyani
This would be helpful for businesses having remote teams
Denis Leonov
@shushant_lakhyani Indeed! It is made for remote teams. But TrackerJam is also great for personal use cases where you want to track your own web productivity.
