Firstly, nice job on the UI. It's super clean and easy to use! It's interesting that you've decided to combine functionality that some other products offer in to one product. You say "this is just the beginning". Can you elaborate a bit on what is planned? Also, could you explain how you'll keep the tool usable without becoming clogged up with random functionality? Congrats on the launch!

@seanbarryuk Hey Sean 👋 I'm glad to like the UI. Great questions! What Yappa offers today is a mix of tools that I used to organize my work. This set of features revolving around calendar management, event scheduling, and project management has been validated with other freelancers. As I mentioned in my opening comment, these are familiar features that you will find in other products. My goal for the launch was to bring this functionality into a single package, without usage limits, that is price competitive, with a reimagined UX where I thought improvements were possible. In terms of what's planned, in the short term, I will focus on refining and expanding the productivity suite with features that users have said they love - things like automatic time blocking and flexible meetings - as well as exposing more insights on both Clients and Projects. Beyond that, I hope to rely on user feedback to drive the roadmap better, because one thing I've learned in the last few months is that while freelancers, contractors, and independent practitioners have similar struggles at a high level, work patterns and low-level needs are quite different based on their industry. One potential direction Yappa could take in the longer term is that of a work marketplace, where freelancers receive contract offers based on their availability and past activity. There are many questions that need to be answered before even starting to plan for that scenario though! Finally, to address your last question, I want to drive functionality from user feedback. Yappa's features need to address a problem within a freelancer's work lifecycle, so I think that sometimes some features might end up feeling out of context on release date. That being said, if a feature is well scoped, there should always be a reasonable path to a deeper integration. Thank you for your support!

Very nice, congrats on the launch! @radu_ghitescu This actually seems to centralize all the features I need to keep track of all work I do for my clients. A question, is there a limit in the number of calendars I can connect?

@manu_hortet Hi Manu, that's great to hear! You can connect as many calendar accounts with as many calendars you wish, there's no limit on that! Actually, the only metered allowance in Yappa is the number of contracts you can review per month, which is currently set to 5.
