Honestly, I don't think subscriptions matter as much before. I honestly just watch everything in recommends. Though, sometimes, they keep surfacing the same videos over and over again in recommends to a point where I have nothing left to watch. Brilliant idea to unsub on mass - hope Google doesn't block this!
