I laughed, I cried, and I learned!! Ok, maybe just a tear. But this series had me hooked! It was so captivating to see my colleague on the other side of the world experiencing some of the same feelings and uncertainties I have had in the past with new roles!

As someone who has changed roles in a company, it's incredibly refreshing to see someone go through similar experiences as I did! It can be quite scary and there are higher expectations because you already know who the company is, what they're about, and how they operate, but it's really like starting over. This series has brought back so many memories!! So glad @audreyjarre said yes to filming this. Inspiring!

Almost 10 months ago, I spotted a role at 360Learning that piqued my interest. After binging Onboarding Joei 🤓 I took a leap of faith and applied for the role! The interview process was uniquely engaging, and left me hoping I would get the job 🤞 What made the interview process so different? The people and their EVIDENT passion for learning. Lucky for me - one of my interviewers was @audreyjarre 🎉 Watching Learning Audrey has been an absolute pleasure (especially "The Show"), and I can't wait for the finale tomorrow 🤩

Disclaimer: I'm a product manager at 360learning. We're eating our own dog food, and I'm prouder every day to see how all onboardees hop on the Collaborative Learning train when they join. Feedback is shared, content is improved, people give their expertise and very soon start training their own teams.

The Enterprise Plan is something that has really been connecting with my clients lately. All L&D and training teams get tons of requests for role-specific or departmental training that they typically don't have the bandwidth to deliver on. The 360Learning Enterprise Plan allows them to crowdsource and prioritize these learning need requests, find internal experts ho can help deliver the necessary knowledge, and then easily and quickly give them author rights to co-create the content together and deliver it back to the business for maximum impact! This is how you create an agile content creation methodology and become a true learning organization. One of my clients said it best: "I've been giving my learners fish my whole career, now I'm finally teaching them how to fish. It's so much better."

Impact starts when you identify where it can be generated! That is exactly what this latest version is about. We use it internally, it allows us to go one step ahead in putting training at the service of business!
