In the era we live in, where we are always on our devices, having positive mental spaces is absolutely necessary. You could argue social media and other "addictive" apps provide the opposite. I hope to see products like this occupy an increasing amount of the time we spend digitally.

This app has become an essential part of my daily routine, especially during my walks. It's incredible how speaking out loud and using the prompts helps me gain clarity and perspective on my thoughts and emotions. The transcriptions and summaries are a game-changer, and the feedback on my triggers and biases is super valuable. Thank you, Rishi Kar, for creating such a fantastic tool! Only wish: pls add more prompts and guided sessions 🎧
