Sounds great for people are too busy and don't want the hassle, as well as those who are less technically savvy. How are they pulling in those that are less familiar with the online rental process and showing them this option exists?

@alexg473 we are advertising pretty traditionally, and once we get a few customers, we treat them well and let the word of mouth do the magic. It really works.
