@benpoarch Congrats on the launch! Very interesting and useful product. I have a sister with a severe peanut allergy, so I've seen what a struggle dining out can be. And when you add language as a barrier, the frustration (and risk) becomes real.

conversation helpers feature is the one I'd want to understand better. allergy communication isn't just showing a card, it's the back and forth when a waiter says 'it might contain traces' or 'I'll check with the kitchen' and you need to understand their response and ask follow-up questions. does the conversation helper support that two-way exchange or is it primarily for the initial explanation of restrictions
@ansari_adin Conversation helpers definitely supported the two-way exchange! A few examples are shown in the app screenshots but there are more, and I’m constantly adding new phrases. Feedback and suggestions for new phrases are more than welcome!
@benpoarch good to hear it's two-way. one phrase worth adding if it's not already there: something for "it has a small amount, is that okay?" since severity varies a lot person to person and a generic "no" doesn't capture whether someone's dealing with a strict allergy versus a preference. might be worth letting users set their own severity threshold so the suggested response matches how cautious they actually need to be

Putting it in Apple Wallet looks the right call, nobody's opening an app while the waiter stands there. Do the cards show which translations are machine-done vs native-verified yet?
@artstavenka1 hi! I’m working on releasing an update in the next week or so including professional translations for Spanish and Portuguese (localised to the majority of Latin American countries as well as Spain/Portugal) and have natively verified Chinese, Italian, German and more! These will show as badges in the language dropdown list when you create a new card.

Congrats on the launch! The Apple Wallet integration is the smart detail here. Anyone with a serious allergy knows the worst moment is fumbling for the right phrase at a restaurant counter, and having the card one tap away solves a real problem. Nicely scoped.
Good job! I like the idea, specially given this can be a disaster when you're travelling with a kid.
Although I'm not sure if I want a seperate mobile application on my phone specifically for this.
