Can be very useful, but it is over-crowded with Chinese knock-offs. Look up a brand name? Good luck finding it in the thousands of copy cats. Search feature pulls up what it wants, not what was specifically requested. Can this not be regulated (by Amazon) any better? Has become very frustrating to use.

Seriously convenient, but why allow SO MANY knock-offs of good products. I'm all for inclusion but it's making it impossible to find the name brands without having to sort through the cheapest possible (in terms of quality) products. Have to be very careful what you are buying so it ends up taking twice as long as it should to place an order. And why can I find a product one time, search for it again, and it's nowhere to be found? Search a 3rd time and it appears again! Big waste of time.

I use Amazon almost every month, sometimes even few times a month:) I am mostly satisfied with the service, but a few times I had troubles with delivery. One time my package was lost and once it was delivered to the wrong adress. However I still use Amazon because of its variety of products and its conveniency.
