Started off well. I was sending postcards daily. I have cancelled my account and uninstalled app because my password was rejected, although I reset with suggested password I still wasnt allowed to login. I tried creating an account with second email. Nothing. Took csr weeks to reply back and they said reset password. Heres tokens for your trouble. No good. Still getting incorrect password message. I had 100 tokens. Finally I just decided if csr werent interested in finding out why this happened Id find another app. Csr also rude.

Just sent my first letter. The platform is beautifully designed and UX is fantastic. It's just dead simple to use. Thanks for what you're doing! I'm not sure if the letter timeline will update with tracking info as it progresses through USPS. Even if it does, my recommendation would be to display the tracking number. I think it provides additional comfort being able to see where the letter is at. Keep up the great work and I look forward to see this service developing further.
