I paid for a pro membership, and yet my projects do not save! they appear in the "saved projects" area, but just as the original template and without my actual work. When trying to save a new project it only gets stuck, and when I try to "refresh" the page all my work is deleted and I must start all over. Also no one ever answers in the service chat (not even the bot), so I cannot even get supoort.
VERY sorry to have paid them money!
There are better tools elsewhere. What really annoys me is that they have no option for account deletion. Unprofessional and illegal.
I found what I was looking for so long!
This is just a mockup tool, it doesn't actually create all the different sizes you need to release your app. I find it really buggy to use and honestly it's wasted hours of my life. I use AppScreens now and can actually release my app!

Review of Mockup Generator
By customization on dont mean pure aesthetics, I mean the ability to use the tool as a way to create app store submission packages that really work. The dashboard is still buggy, doesn't behave well in Chrome and most of the time just reloads the homepage when you try and filter by platform.

I guess if you want your mocks you have to go take professional picture. This is a well organised, functional app please. You even get more mocks here out of the box.

couldnot stop laughing when i see the FREE plan with basic features of download resolution 400x300 pixels. There are 1000s of websites which provide Free mockups with resolution of 2000 pixels and higher.
