Progress is a simple execution platform for keeping projects, people, tasks and responsibilities moving forward. Most project-management tools are built around projects. Most to-do apps are built around individuals. Progress sits between the two — giving teams, partners and individuals one shared place to see what needs to happen, who owns it, what is blocked, and what happens next. With Progress, you can: Create and manage projects in one place

Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m building Progress because I kept seeing the same problem across projects: the work itself isn't always the hard part, keeping track of what needs to happen next, who owns it, what's blocked, and what has actually moved forward is.
I wanted something simpler than a heavyweight project-management suite, but more structured than a personal to-do list.
So we built Progress around execution:
→ Projects and tasks
→ People and collaboration
→ Milestones and deadlines
→ Blockers and unblocking
→ Updates and acknowledgements
→ Payments and project records
And we're now taking it further: one execution system for professional projects, personal responsibilities and everyday life.
This is still early, and that's exactly why I'm launching on Product Hunt.
I'd love to hear from founders, developers, project managers and anyone juggling too many responsibilities:
What's the one thing your current productivity/project-management tool makes unnecessarily difficult?
Tell me below. I'm building this with those answers in mind.
