I'm Greg, and I built askblake while working my day job as a product designer for enterprise clients. Nights, weekends, and way too much RedBull.
Why I made this:
I was tired of AI code generators that try to build entire apps and hand you a mess. I just wanted clean, reusable components I could actually drop into my projects—data tables, charts, forms, settings panels—without wrestling with bloated code.
So I built askblake to do ONE thing really well: generate dashboard and web app components that actually work.
Why it's different:
Focused on components, not full apps
Clean React + Tailwind code (no strange dependencies)
Way more affordable than Cursor, v0, or Bolt—because I'm not backed by VC millions, just my own conviction that this should exist.
