They are scanners, I saw that I was charged for a subscription and wanted to cancel so I opened a papal case on that same day, in the case it said for me to email them so I did.
I told the support agent I wanted to cancel multiple times, but she was just giving me new offers, for a few days. A week goes by and she replies that she cannot offer a refund because it's been a week since the transaction.
In the end I got my money back using PayPal since the case was open on the day the transaction was made
