What is Balance?
Balance is my personal response to the experience of generalized anxiety and OCD. By providing three alternative perspectives to a specific anxiety, it helps to gently nudge your mindset towards seeing the issue from a more balanced point of view.

This is amazing. Awesome Job. I especially love the rebuttals section. You're doing a great service by providing this product. I know anyone could just use GPT and do this themselves. However in times of anxiety, your problem might be all you're able to formulate.
