I initially figured out about this app through product hunt, but decided to test my luck buying a lifetime membership for before sunset via custom request. The app functioned well for about a MONTH! Then key features of the software stopped working. Including the timer (literally the most important thing). I have messaged the support team over 7 times in various formats, and nobody has addressed my issue. All a bunch of fluff and no results or genuine concern, 5/7 times, nobody even answered my emails/messages. If this is how they treat lifetime members, I can imagine how poorly they treat others. I am highly considering filing a chargeback through my bank, as I do have more than enough evidence that I haven't received what was agreed to, and I have given them so much time to figure this out and respond. It's been over 1 month. This entire experience has been less than disappointing, because I previously thought very highly of the app, enough to purchase lifetime. I recommend finding another app where the team will treat you like you exist and actually deliver the service promised. Whoever reads this should note, it is likely the majority of reviews for this app here on Product Hunt are fake. if you look on the app store, Trustpilot, Google Play, Reddit experiences or anywhere else, you will see the reviews singing a much different and actually accurate tune.

beautiful and thoughtful combination of features using tried-and-true technology. a godsend for users struggling with procrastination, challenges with executive function, ADHD, neurodiversity and other mental challenges PROS: - simple and *elegant* UX, informative and process driven for user ACTION - a pleasure on the eyes, unified design elements and motion effects - intuitive and easy to understand, gradual learning curve with a complex combination of must-have use cases, carefully presented - fave is front-and-center "what are you working on right now" single-task, big-bullet thing you need to accomplish TODAY. Then immediately add sub-tasks to help you break it down. PERFECT! - add a pomodoro timer and customize it to your usual working style, with ease - add estimated time-to-complete for tasks and sub-tasks with ease CONS - lack of Apple Calendar integration. unfortunately it's a non-starter and a dealbreaker. having watched so many other apps in this space skip it or backlog it, I have Feedback-ed to Apple to make it simpler to develop and maintain, and I have high hopes that those guys will rework and do up a modern web api to help out.

I love this idea and the signup process was nice and easy. The loading icon is a little too subtle but setup can take a while so might need some optimising. I appreciate the AI tech is probably externally processed so you're waiting on APIs. I added some to-dos and the order they were added to my calendar felt really workable and possible. The time frames seemed a little out but that could be down to personal preference and was easy to change, although I'd expect to be able to click on the duration to quickly edit rather than have to click a different icon. One handy feature would be to easy drag and drop the calendar entries it adds, updating their start time. Pretty much ever calendar app allows that so it felt intuitive to try and do that. I can definitely see me using this to try and organise my days better. My only worry is that I can definitely see Google and Apple implementing this into their calendar apps which is where my calendar entries are right now. Having said that I don't use those calendars for daily to-do list management, so there's still scope for this service to remain relevant.

I like this, and its promising, The AI subtasks is cool, and super useful. I can see this becoming a standard thing for a lot of productivity apps now, well the ones that want to survive. I was a little thrown off by the wording and the 'make it actionable' bit. The website implies that there is a big magic button that I can click called 'plan my day' and it immediately slots all my tasks into the day beautifully. If you have that then this is really cool, but I can't seem to see it, unless there's something massively wrong with my screen. Do let me know as that feature would be insane :)

The future is bright! I did find a couple visual bugs (the action links under my profile) but nothing that broke my experience. A couple suggestions: 1. Allow me to sync multiple calendars (sometimes events are shared across these calendars as well) 2. Add an in-app way for users like me to send feedback or suggestions on how to improve. All in all great app and I can't wait to come check out the progress your team has made in a couple months!

I didn't exactly feel it could help me organize my daily to-do tasks well, even though the font is good and the interface is comfortable. It has a simple planner and I couldn't find the reminder whether on a laptop or mobile device. Apart from that, the AI assistant can schedule my day, which I think is cool, but not as helpful as it said it would be for busy people to organize their days. I think it would be helpful if the plan for the day could be displayed on the laptop screen

I have tried this product. I like the interface and the freshness it is bringing to the daily planning. Before that, i was using asana which doesn't feel so sleek. - It would be great to start seeing team features here - The ai assistant is a great idea - yet to be seen how it can actually make a difference. For example i like how it makes a task "actionable" but then i would expect to also break it into subtasks accordingly. (just some thoughts). I like the badges, definitely something that can be gamified more.

I've tested the product and I will definitely use it to plan my day and week from now on. Great work, AI assistant is really helpful to create tasks / sub-tasks very fast. Google Calendar sync can be useful for pulling existing meetings and the filter button on top seems not working.
