Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built Blackbar because screenshots are surprisingly easy to leak information from You can notice the obvious secret but miss an email address a phone number an API key or something buried elsewhere on the page Blackbar tries to catch that information before the screenshot is created The part I cared about most was making the privacy claim technically meaningful Blackbar runs entirely on the device and declares `connect-src 'none'` so Chrome blocks it from making network connections It is also free open source and requires no account I'd love feedback on the detection accuracy the workflow and what you'd want Blackbar to support next Don't trust the claim though — check the source yourself
