Horrible customer service. I am trying to reach them for the past few weeks, but nobody answers. Also my membership went from 99 to 200 usd. What they are thinking 🤔. It way to expensive.
You guys need a better designer to create the mobile web app onboarding journey. It's one of the most terrible experiences I've had, and it completely blocks new users from joining the platform. I am thinking about giving up on every step.
This looks like an amazing product! I love how it's helping non-native speakers polish their communication as it will help in every day relationships and in careers. Some of my family are non-native speakers and have to lean on the family to help them polish their communication. An app like this would greatly help them communicate more effectively with real professionals.
