For freelancers like me juggling multiple contracts, I’m curious if there’s a way to keep everything organized and scalable. Hi Yota, Thank you for being here and for such a thorough review. Here’s a list of the issues you raised: What is the process for handling disputes? How does transaction protection work? How does contract management for freelancers work? Payment protection feature? Future plans? How It Works Dispute Resolution We are currently developing a 3-tier dispute resolution system: Tier 1: Direct communication between parties through our support system, including refunds based on a work submissions process. Tier 2: Mediation facilitated by Boostt. Tier 3: Arbitration for unresolved cases. More details will be shared soon as the process is finalized. Transaction Protection Boostt acts as a facilitator, routing payments without handling or controlling user funds at any point. Proactive measures: All users on the Boostt platform are verified through government-issued identities and business details. Active measures: Payments are processed securely via Stripe, ensuring bank-grade security standards. Contract Management A comprehensive contract management solution is in development to streamline managing contracts for freelancers and businesses. Payment Protection Feature This is achieved by embedding payments directly into service agreements. Funds flow from the customer to the service provider without the use of escrow services. Both parties agree on how to handle work submissions and the exchange of funds, with the system codifying their agreement. Future Plans Our goal is to help customers, self-employed professionals, and businesses: Increase revenue. Scale their operations. Build and manage projects. Steps: Agreement: The Service Provider and Client meet, agree on the scope, price, and payment terms. Contract Creation: The Service Provider drafts a contract on Boostt and sends it to the Client's phone. Payment: The Client signs the contract and transfers funds via Boostt, held securely in the Service Provider’s payment account. Work Completion: The Service Provider completes the work and delivers it. Funds Release: The Client approves the release of funds, allowing the Service Provider to withdraw them to their bank. Key Features Covered by Boostt: Mobile Contract Creation: Draft and share contracts easily. Secure Payments: Funds held until work is approved. Funds Release Logic: Protects both parties with clear terms.
