I built this after watching a friend run a nail salon. Every weekend she'd get 5-10 DMs asking about pricing and availability, sent late Friday after she closed. By Monday those people had already booked somewhere else. She was losing real customers every week.
So BotDesk turns any business's own website into a 24/7 assistant. You paste your URL, it reads your actual pages (services, pricing, hours, FAQs) and builds a chatbot trained on your real content in about 5 minutes. When it doesn't know something it captures the visitor's details instead of guessing, and emails the lead straight to you. One line of HTML to install, on any platform.
Two things I'd love this crowd's take on. First, for agencies and web folks: there's a white-label tier, so you can rebrand it and resell it to clients under your own name (that's the use case I'm most curious about). Second, there's a free tier, so you can try it on a real site with no card.
