This is the worst organisation and CEO who are running this organisation.
I have an annual bonus + 1 month salary combined to 4.5Lakh which is pending since March, 2023 and I didn’t received yet. After asking multiple times, Initially I got different dates for its payment, like in the next 10 days then in next month so on and now I am not even getting a response.
Even on so many follow up mails with HR and co-founders Nirmaan Agarwal and Raghu Bharat, I didn’t receive any confirmation; they have stopped responding to my mails.
Even in July for asking my own money, I got threats of defamation, legal and police cases for asking from one of the crewscale co-founder Raghu Bharat.
I asked another cofounder also to Nirmaan Agarwal also to talk about my pending amount. He back then asked me to give 2 months and promised that FnF will be done and now when more than 2 months has passed he is not responding at all. He is also not the man of his words like Raghu and they call themselves co-founder.
Because of this situation, my peace of mind is disturbed and I am distracted and find it difficult to focus to do anything.
This situation taught me that one should never have any kind of bonus-like structure in your CTC unless you work with a well respected organization. And If the bonus-like structure is already there by any chance then get them fixed in time.
Whatever I wrote here is all fact by fact true. There is much more but that was verbal so I didn’t write here.
