They are a dedicated and passionate team which means they aren't going anywhere. They have built everything we have been looking for and continue to improve things that I have always needed as an agency especially with its white label features. We love the ability to be able to embed their complete collections into our client portal. Every customer is unique, and so is every embed code. We look forward to hopefully seeing a multibrand feature where clients who own more than one company can access all of their brands in one place. BrandBay is a fantastic product for managing digital assets on desktop. It's organized, user-friendly, and makes collaborating a breeze. The ability to upload, share, and keep track of everything in one place is a huge timesaver.
One small downside: BrandBay doesn't seem to function as smoothly on mobile devices yet. Hopefully, this is a feature they'll be adding soon because having access on the go would be the icing on the cake.
