Hi Valerie. I hear you. Our core value proposition is around making things easy, not adding roadblocks or forcing you to talk to someone in support.
We're working on making the things you pointed out better. We recently started targeting reducing the number of support tickets as a KPI. We're addressing it by making robots a lot more reliable and releasing lots of features that were previously only available to our internal support.
