I’ve used CallOfConduct for 2 conferences - RubyConfIndia and GopherConIndia - both attracting almost 350 attendees each. Every attendee was comfortable that should anything go wrong, they will not only be heard but it will also be acted upon immediately! We have almost 35% female attendees and this helped them a lot. Since we have post conference parties, everyone was aware of the conduct policy and everyone respected it. We had two issues reported (regarding people at the bar asking for more after the bar was closed). We were able to mitigate this easily and immediately when it was reported. Luckily, no serious reports but CallOfConduct was a great insurance!
Everyone was happy and as an organizer I was very pleased with the way it operated, reported and it was easy to use! I highly recommend it.
