I’m Himanshu Kalra, CEO of Canvas AI, and today we’re launching the first cohort of our AI Builders Program: a 14-day crash course on building production-ready AI agents. This two-week sprint distills nearly two years of our team’s experience shipping multiple AI agents for both enterprises and startups. It also offers a glimpse into Canvas, our no-code platform that allows you to build and deploy AI agents effortlessly.

Who it’s for:
Founders, solopreneurs, and product managers willing to commit approximately 6 hours per week to build a product-ready AI agent. You’ll learn the fundamentals and delve into the nuances of GenAI. This is a hands-on, practical sprint, not just a theoretical overview, ensuring you’ll know exactly how and where to apply your new skills.
Why we designed this program:
We fundamentally believe that solid design patterns for creating reliable AI agents have begun to emerge. We’ve been fortunate to be at the forefront of learning and implementing these patterns. This unique position allows us to share practical, cutting-edge knowledge.
The program is a win-win for both participants and us. You’ll get hands-on experience using Canvas, our no-code tool, to build AI agents that can be shipped immediately. In return, we receive valuable initial feedback.
What you get:
The cohort will include five 1-hour group sessions, two one-on-one sessions with our mentors to help crystallize your project, and early access to our tool. Additionally, you’ll dedicate approximately five to six hours to building your own agent.

As CTO at Canvas AI, I've seen firsthand how building truly production-grade AI agents goes way beyond just stringing a few API calls together. It’s about architecting for reliability, thinking through the nuances of agentic workflows, and ensuring you can iterate efficiently.
That’s the engineering DNA we've meticulously woven into this 14-day program. We didn't just want to share our learnings; we wanted to structure it like a focused engineering sprint – iterative, practical, and laser-focused on a shippable outcome. This is our first cohort but just to set your imagination going we will try to enable things like
An agent that can scrape multiple competitor website and load structured product data into a google sheet
An assisted selling agent that can help you figure out the right mobile phone
A multi agent system - one negotiates contracts the other drafts them

How 'production-ready' are the agents developed by participants by day 14 of the program, and what level of refinement, testing, and optimization do they typically achieve during this intensive two-week period? What are the most common next steps that participants take after completing the program. Additionally, what kind of ongoing support is provided to help bridge the gap between the program completion and real-world implementation, and how do participants generally fare when transitioning from the structured learning environment to independent agent development and deployment?
The idea seems very interesting, would love to join the Program and explore more about it. Also it says Mentor-led , i am curious how does the mentorship work , do we get a 1-on-1 mentorship experience?
