I'm not an animator but I've made games before and I've done enough 3D modelling and animating to know how much easier a tool like this makes it. I purchased Cascadeur a few months ago and it's definitely a tool I'll be keeping in my workflow.

The physics features integrated in Cascadeur are the best I ever tried in this field, to posing and animating my characters, the ones I create with various 3D modeling tools, and the ones i buy from various market places dedicated to 3D stuff !

I witnessed the fundamental change in modeler's workflows when zBrush first hit the market in the early 2000s. Texturing artists got their workflow altering moment with Mari or Substance Painter, but what about animators? Where's our fundamental shift in workflow? Well, I think this is it. This cutting edge, innovative product is a blast to animate in. I can make an animation in a fraction of the time it would take to hand-key in a traditional 3D application and the ability to easily clean-up dense mocap data interactively in the viewport..it's a thing of beauty.
