I signed up friends for three mysteries starting in December 2022. Introl letter, four clue letters (one a week) followed by solution letter. Then same for Jan and Feb. Total cluster f. The intro letter never arrived - I had to go online and print. Clue 1 of 4 came in January (for December mystery). Then clue 4 came two weeks later - no clue 2 or 3. I had them email those. Then the solution never came. Still hasn't come. And customer service says it's against policy to email it. Despite having emailed clues. Whatever. It's mid Feb now - we should be on Mystery #3 and instead I get an email saying my gift is about to auto renew for a year. Needless to say I've cancelled the whole deal. But what a mess. Customer service is polite but insistent on when the letters went out - but the few that arrived have postmarks that don't match what they said the mailing dates were. Only today did they acknowledge that December's mailings got screwed up on their end. No answer as to why Mysteries 2 and 3 never arrived. Hard pass. Shame - great concept poorly managed.
